Q. "Can I reschedule my appointment?" A. Absolutely. Just give us at least 3 business days notice and we can reschedule your appointment to another time (based on availability).
Q. "What measures are taken to secure my items while in the truck?" A. For starters, the moving blankets we use are the thickest in the industry. They are specially designed to absorb shock and prevent furniture from rubbing up against other items. We also use ratchet straps to secure items, not the rubber cords with exposed steel hooks like other companies use. The truck is equipped with air-ride suspension, ensuring a smooth ride. Plus, our truck sits lower than other trucks, minimizing top sway and ramp incline.
Q. "When will I receive my belongings?" A. On the same day! Unlike many of the national movers, we handle only one move at a time and never combine shipments. By doing so, it ensures your items will be delivered immediately.
Q. "Do I need to empty my dresser drawers?" A. In most cases, you can leave your clothing inside. Any other items other than clothing should be removed. Q. "What if it rains during my move?" A. We will proceed with your move. Please be aware there may be slight delays as the movers take extra precautions while moving.

No hidden charges Some charge for local driving, fragile items, stretchwraping / blanketing furniture, stairs, disassembly and reassembly, long walks, appliances, etc. Some begin charging you from the time the movers leave their office. Others may charge a separate fee for the truck. Some moving companies double your hourly rate for any time after 5:00 pm.
